external person seeking Apple iPhone/iTouch application developer

The following was sent to map-support from an external address:
-----
May I place an ad to find someone who is interested in working with me to
develop Apple Iphone/Itouch app's (person may already have the apple G3
SDK)? I have concepts and need a person to do the code. I'm in Boston
area. I'm looking for someone to be a legal partner on spec and we would be under a contract; to be clear, this means I can't pay upfront cash but money would come in after the app has been published and is making income from Apple. The person doing the code would receive a share to be agreed upon by us before we start work. Thank you.
